Metamorphosis 5.5.4

A few minor quality of life fixes, looking at most of the errors/logs it’s mostly to do with permissions. However, 90% of the permissions are error prevented. For the remaining 10%, I am genuinely confused how they get through the detection.

As far as the handled lack of permissions, these show up as a command block. They also show up as which ones you are missing, unlike in V4 where it would just tell you that you were missing permissions. This is all on the user’s end. But I think most of this is figured already!

Anywho, here are the changes:

• Added a required permission of being able to read message history (there were a few Unknown Message errors, I hope this'll fix it)
• Fixed an issue where the bot would restart if a flag reaction was used outside of a server.
• Fixed an issue where the bot would restart if a flag reaction was not able to be sent.
• Fixed an issue where the bot would restart because it couldn’t report an unhandled error (which is ironic since this makes the unhandled error handled)
• Fixed an issue where the bot would restart if a user didn’t have a global name set when trying to log: commands, commandBlocks, and errors.
• Fixed an issue where the bot would restart if the database wasn’t available when trying to figure out server rules, this will now just send the plain translation rather than nothing.
